This is such a big problem in the Philippines. It’s hard to find people who will appreciate and pay you according to what you believe your work is worth. Most of the time, the people who are hiring are the ones who can’t grasp the amount of effort it takes to finish a high-quality piece of creative output.

I think this is true everywhere when you work in any creative field. Make sure you get paid - because you’re worth it!
